Trump says Biden's waved a white flag on life and is at 50 percent mental capacity

The U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that Joe Biden has waved a white flag on life and claimed his rival is at 50% mental capacity.

Donald Trump told reporters in Pennsylvania ahead of his rally, he was asked about Biden’s comments on the Trump administration waving a white flag on the COVID-19 pandemic.

Biden made the comments over the weekend after White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said the U.S. is not going to control the COVID-19 pandemic.

The former vice president said – Mark Meadows stunningly admitted this morning that the administration has given up on even trying to control this pandemic, that they’ve given up on their basic duty to “protect” the American people.

This wasn’t a slip by Mark Meadows, it was a candid acknowledgment of what Trump’s strategy has clearly been from the beginning of this crisis to wave the “white flag” of defeat and hope that by ignoring it, the coronavirus would simply go away.

It hasn’t, and it won’t, Biden said, adding that it was sadly no surprise the COVID continues to rage unchecked across the country and even in the White House itself.

In response, President Trump said that – Joe Biden was the one waving a flag of surrender on his own life.

This guy doesn’t leave his basement. He is a pathetic candidate, I will tell you that, Trump told reporters.

During his rally in Allentown, one of three events to be held in Pennsylvania on Monday. Trump mocked Biden, claiming he was at 50% mental capacity.

Trump said Biden was 50% here while putting his hand up to his forehead.

Biden was speaking at a virtual campaign event on Sunday when he appeared to stumble over his words as he said the Democrat campaign was fighting against four more years of George.

Did you see when he called me “George”? Trump asked the crowd in Pennsylvania.

I don’t know if I like George, he said. What a mess. He called me George.

Trump said he doesn’t know whether he should be insulted or happy about it, before saying he was sort of insulted.
