US Doing Well in Trade Negotiations with China, Trump Says.
WASHINGTON (United State) Donald Trump said on 23rd January Wednesday the United States was doing well in trade talks with China.
I like where we are right now. Trump said in answer to a question-related to trade negotiations with China.
The Trump administration has said it would expand duties 25% from 10% on $200 bn (153 billion pounds) of imports from China if the agreement was not made on a range of trade disputes by 1st March.
The Trump also said, China very much wants to make a deal with us.
We will see what happens. But we are doing well in our negotiations with China, Trump.

On 23 January Wednesday, Kevin Hassett “White House economic adviser” said he believed the U.S and China could reach a trade deal by 1st March.
Companies in both countries are feeling pain from the effects of U.S. tariffs and retaliation from China, which are starting to mount.
Apple Inc; earlier this month rattled global markets by cutting its sales outlook, blaming weak demand in China.
